Nudo Beach Peñíscola Celebrates Its Gastronomic Days with an Exclusive King Prawn Menu French
June 8, 2026 - 14:06
Nudo Beach Peñíscola has launched an attractive gastronomic event paying tribute to one of the Mediterranean’s most prized delicacies: the king prawn. From June 8 to June 22, and exclusively during lunchtime service, guests will be able to enjoy a special menu designed to showcase different preparations of this exquisite ingredient in a privileged seafront setting.
The gastronomic experience begins with a carefully selected range of starters that highlight the versatility of Mediterranean king prawns. The menu includes a king prawn carpaccio toast with citrus notes and passion fruit, Delta mussels stir-fried in a wok with white pepper, and traditional flambéed garlic king prawns, combining tradition and creativity in every dish.
As the main course, diners can savour a delicious creamy rice with squid, cuttlefish and king prawns, a recipe that captures the true essence of the Mediterranean coastline and becomes the star of these gastronomic days.
The experience concludes with a sweet selection consisting of artisan ice creams and a strawberry and passion fruit tart served with white chocolate ice cream, providing the perfect finishing touch to a menu designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace.
The menu is priced at €35 per person, and also includes access to the swimming pool and the use of a sun lounger, making it the ideal option for those wishing to combine gastronomy and the summer atmosphere of Peñíscola in a single experience.
With this initiative, Nudo Beach reaffirms its commitment to high-quality Mediterranean cuisine and to showcasing the finest seafood products, offering a unique gastronomic experience on the beachfront.
