El Cañar Restaurant

Located in a quiet and beautiful area, away from the hustle and crowds, yet just 250 metres from the promenade, North Beach and the town centre itself. We are a family-run and very welcoming restaurant, with homemade author cuisine as our main priority, varying both the products and the way they are presented.

We offer homemade tapas and starters such as, among others, our house assortment of croquettes, duck foie escalope with red berries, lightly floured baby squid, sautéed Burgos black pudding with quince, octopus nests or stuffed sea urchins.

A wide selection of fresh and natural salads made with local ingredients, as well as our specialities in tostas, including octopus with mashed potatoes and alioli, tomato jam with Burgos black pudding and goat’s cheese, or caramelised onion with serrano ham and brie cheese.

Of course, we also serve fresh meats and fish of the day, and naturally the typical rice dishes of the area: paellas and fideuàs. To finish, enjoy our excellent homemade desserts such as carrot cake or cheesecake with raspberry jam.
And don’t forget our wide variety of daily, weekend and evening set menus, perfectly adapted to the à la carte menu.
