Giancarlo is a Milanese man who, driven by his passion for ice cream, decided to start studying at the age of 64 at the prestigious Carpigiani Gelato University. After acquiring the necessary knowledge, he spent two years travelling along the Mediterranean coast in search of the perfect place to open his business, and he fell in love with Peñíscola. Today, visitors can enjoy his passion in a pleasant venue located in a pedestrian area near Peñismar. In addition, its terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a wide selection of cocktails and gin and tonics. Open from Easter to October.
